Shipping Fees
- Standard Shipping (Australia): 12.90 AUD
- Express Shipping (Australia): 16.90 AUD
- Free Standard Shipping (Australia): Orders over 50 AUD
- Standard Shipping to New Zealand: 25.00 AUD
- Free Standard Shipping (NZ): Orders over 300 AUD
Note: Due to increased logistics costs, our standard shipping fee was updated to 12.90 AUD effective July 3, 2025. Shipping remains free for all orders over 50 AUD within Australia.
Delivery Timeframes
Order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing Time: All orders are verified, quality-checked, packaged, and dispatched within 1 business day after the order is placed and payment is received.
- Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to your destination.
Estimated delivery times:
- Same state: 1–3 business days
- Interstate (metro to metro): 3–7 business days
- Express (Australia): 1+ business days
- New Zealand (Standard): 7–12 business days
Please note: We do not ship on Australian public holidays.
Some items may take longer than usual due to high parcel volumes. While we aim to dispatch promptly, delivery delays may occur depending on carrier performance.
Important Notes
- We cannot currently guarantee next-business-day delivery for Express Post due to carrier delays.
- We priorities quality packaging and timely dispatch.
Order Changes
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us via email within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes. Please double-check your selected items (e.g., size, colour) before completing your purchase.
Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages
Black Red is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they are handed over to the shipping carrier.
- If your package is marked as "delivered" but not received, please contact your local post office. We will do our best to assist, but responsibility lies with the carrier.
- For missing items within a delivered parcel, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and open a case with the postal service.
